SELECTION PROGRAM FOR DISABILITIES STUDENT (SPDS)

UNIVERSITY of BRAWIJAYA 2014

SPDS is New Student admission selection UB through administrative selection interviews and tests conducted by the Pusat Studi dan Layanan Disabilitas Universitas Brawijaya (PSLD UB) in collaboration with New Student admissions committee UB. Selection is intended for persons with disabilities who have the capability in scientific fields of Department / Study Program is chosen. Participants who pass SPDS have the opportunity to earn scholarships based on the requirements is needed.

These are the step for New Students:

Frist Step : Registration and administrative selection (online: www.selma.ub.ac.id)

Second Step : Simulation of basic material in the learning process such as PKn, Bahasa Indonesi, Bahasa Inggris (will be held in one day)

Third Step : Psycho and medical check (will be held in one day)

Fourth Step : Interview for students and parent.

Fifth step : The announcement of the acceptance and filing

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

for registration, access http://selma.ub.ac.id/ or http://psld.ub.ac.id/
for the student have accepted, pay the administration payment at the all BNI branches in Indonesia. further more, the committee will call student to inform the the next step at Brawijaya University
the decision of the committee is inviolable

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian Citizens
SPDS participants are persons with disability
Student can move or make a movement with or without the aids
Graduated from the Education Institution and pass the National Examination for SMA/MA/SMK/ SMALB/ Paket C in 2012, 2013, and 2014.

SCHEDULE OF SELECTION PROGRAM FOR DISABILITY STUDENT

Registration of SPDS by Online : 12 Mei – 26 Juni 2014
Announcement of the acceptance : 30 Juni 2014
Payment of registration fee : 5 – 11 Juli 2014
Course simulation : 17 Juli 2014
Psychological test and medical test : 18 Juli 2014
Interview Test : 19 Juli 2014
Final Announcement : July 21th, 2014

BRING THESE REQUIREMENT FILES TO FOLLOW THE TEST:

a proof of registration fee
3 copies of photo 4×6 cm (color / black an white)
Identity card (student card, citizen card, passport) 3 copies
certificate from educational institution (SMA/SMK/ MA/ Equal level) 3 copies
Report book from educational institution (SMA/SMK/ MA/ Equal level) 3 copies
Birth certificate and family card, 3 copies
official statement about disability by doctor, therapies, headmaster. 3 copies
water bill, telephone bill, tax of land and building bill (three months latest ) 3 copies
salary bill of parent (three months latest ) 3 copies
achievement certificate (addition) 3 copies
